The purchase is being carried out to create a dynamic procurement system. The object and scope of the purchase are the renovation (modernization) construction works of apartment buildings without design services (according to the project provided by the client) and with design services. The properties and requirements of the purchase object are specified in the technical specification - in part B of the procurement conditions general technical characteristics.
