Tenders Are Invited for Delivery of Switches for the Ai ??environment (artificial Intelligence)
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of switches for the AI ??(Artificial Intelligence) environment, along with implementation, technical support, and a Warranty. 2. The subject of the order includes: 1) delivery and unloading of 2 pieces of Equipment meeting the requirements contained in Appendix A to VOLUME III SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order; 2) implementation of the Equipment in accordance with Appendix B to VOLUME III SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order; 3) delivery by the Contractor of confirmation that the manufacturer of the Equipment and the manufacturer of the Standard Software has granted a Warranty for the Equipment delivered under the order, on the terms described in Chapter III of VOLUME III SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order; 4) provision by the Contractor of technical support of up to 200 man-hours on the terms described in Chapter V of the OPZ - VOLUME III SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order. 3. The contract is intended to be financed from the Recovery and Resilience Facility funds from support under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Component C: “Digital transformation” Reform C2.1.: “Increasing the scale of application of digital solutions in the public sphere, economy and society” Investment C2.1.1: “Public e-services, IT solutions improving the functioning of administration and economic sectors” (within the scope of milestone C13cG) Project: National e-Invoice System.
