1. The government of the republic of madagascar has received financing from the african development bank group to cover the cost of the project to strengthen governance through digitalization (pregodi), and intends to use a portion of the proceeds from this grant to finance the service contract of an individual consultant for the implementation of the project. Of
"preparation of the pregodi project completion report."
2. The services provided under this contract include:
- organizing and conducting meetings with project stakeholders to gather their feedback and discuss project results;
- conducting field visits and assessing project achievements to assess progress and quality;
- analyzing achievements by component, comparing them with the implementation plans and initial objectives, and identifying any changes;
- analyzing compliance with the initial schedule and identifying any constraints or delays that impacted implementation;
- verifying the fulfillment of the conditions precedent to the grant's effectiveness and analyzing any difficulties encountered in meeting them;
- assessing the project's financial performance (consumption of financial resources by component and category);
