Request for Eoi Provision of Safe International Patient Transfer Services
The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for [Provision of safe international patient transfer services] which address the following objectives:
a. Supporting the return of patients earlier evacuated from Ukraine to EU Member States and EEA countries after finalising their acute treatment phase abroad, with an established pricelist.
b. Systems and processes are developed with the WHO technical team to efficiently and effectively plan patient transfers that are not included in the pricelist, including the evacuation of critically ill or severely injured patients e.g. from Gaza or neighbouring countries to receiving countries. Processes can also be used for other emergencies in other countries and settings.
WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements. Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
