Tender Are Invited For Consultancy for the Development of Government ICT Standards and
National Digital Policies for the Government of Saint Lucia
The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the
Caribbean Digital Transformation Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting
services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) aim to support the Government of Saint Lucia in advancing
its digital transformation agenda by establishing Government ICT standards and formulating
National Digital Policies in order to provide a strategic and technical foundation for enhancing the
country’s digital infrastructure, public service delivery, and overall economic growth. The services
are expected to be carried out in Saint Lucia and remotely over a period of 45 weeks with an
estimated commencement date of February 2026.
