Request for Expression of Interest (eoi) The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) is seeking expressions of interest for a call for tenders it intends to launch for the maintenance work on the vertical transport facilities at the UNOG Palais des Nations and its annexes in Geneva. This work must meet the following objectives • To maintain the level of security by carrying out the implementation of the object of the Contract in accordance with the technical specifications, • To guarantee the permanent operation of goods and services to ensure the comfort of UNOG users, • To ensure speed of intervention, quality of services and 24/7 troubleshooting, • To maintain and/or ensure the repair of the equipment in place. The equipment concerned is - elevators - escalators - freight elevator - PMR platform - ramp - lifting platform - stage The contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with the possibility of extending it for two (2) additional consecutive years, at the request of UNOG, for a total contract duration of five (5) years maximum. All work must be carried out in accordance with the cantonal and federal standards and regulations of the host country in force (i.e. Switzerland). Expressions of interest must be received before 6 p.m. Geneva time on October 24, 2025. All responses will be treated as strictly confidential. Please note that this request for expression of interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNOG reserves the right to modify or cancel requirements at any time.
