Expression of Interest the Implementation of a Centralized Platform for Collecting and Analyzing Data From the Computerized System for Monitoring Diplomas in Technical Education and Vocational Training

The Guinean Government has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank in the form of a loan to cover the cost of the Technical Education and Training Sector Development Support Project (ERAM of Kindia and Mamou) and intends to use part of the funds granted to finance the services of a consultant for the establishment of a centralized platform for the collection and analysis of data from the computerized system for monitoring graduates of technical education and vocational training .
The services include the recruitment of an international consultant/firm to carry out the Implementation of a Centralized Platform for the Collection and Analysis of Data from the Computerized System for Monitoring Graduates of Technical Education and Vocational Training for a period of 09 months, with a start date scheduled for May 2026 .

The Management Unit of the Project to Support the Development of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Sector, acting on behalf of and on behalf of the Ministry of Technical Education, Vocational Training and Employment ; invites eligible Consultant firms ( “ Consultants ” ) to express their interest in providing the above services. Interested Consultants must provide specific information demonstrating that they are fully qualified to carry out the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable conditions, availability of adequate skills among their staff, etc.).
The criteria for establishing the shortlist are :
The nature of the candidate 's activities and the number of years of experience ;
The candidate's qualifications in the field of services and in particular references concerning the execution of similar contracts ;
The technical and managerial organization of the firm.
Key Personnel will not be assessed at the shortlisting stage .

1.24 of the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consulting Services for Projects Financed by the Islamic Development Bank (the “Guidelines”) defining the IsDB ’s rules regarding conflicts of interest .
