By this rfp, the purchaser seeks to invite bidders to provide their proposals for the supply, design, engineering, procurement, transportation, construction, erection, installation, testing, commissioning within an expected timeframe of ten (10) months plus 5 years (60 months) comprehensive operations & maintenance for a capacity of 3 mw grid-tied solar pv power plant for general sport authority under capex model
