the Services Provided for This Contract Include Strengthening the Capacities of Women in Organizational Development, Leadership and Female Advocacy to Carry Out Actions Aimed at Promoting the Culture of Equality.
specifically, It Will Be:
train and Equip Women Leaders in Intervention Areas (9 Provinces) of the Project of Theoretical and Practical Skills Linked to Organizational Development, Leadership and Plea to Perpetuate Their Organizations;
develop the Abilities of Women Leaders to Participate in Local Governance Bodies and the Defense of Their Interests;
increase the Capacity of the Leaders of Female Organizations Members to Engage and Innovate in the Dynamics of Socioeconomic Development of Their Localities.
