Tenders are invited for Repair and reconstruction of roads owned by the Banská Bystrica self -governing region and related work
The subject of the contract is the establishment of DNS within the extent of the group, which will serve to award contracts for the execution of construction work in the conditions of the contracting authority normally and generally available on the market, namely repair and reconstruction of roads owned by the ownership of the Banská Bystrica self -governing region and related work. This DNS is set up for the needs of the contracting authority and will only be awarded by the contracting authority. The detailed specification of the subject of the contract, its exact scope as well as the other additional information will be given in the individual calls within the established DNS. The aim of the establishment of the DNS is to enable the contracting authority to be flexible by the awarding of orders in accordance with the SPO according to its needs.
