Request for Expression of Interest for Consultancy services for design and supervision of urgent government construction projects countrywide
Rwanda Housing Authority has received funds from the Government of Rwanda towards the design and supervision of urgent government construction projects under framework agreement.
Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA) intends to apply part of the proceeds for payments under the contract for design and supervision of urgent government construction projects under framework agreement.
The services include: design and supervision of urgent government construction projects under framework agreement.
The Rwanda Housing Authority (RHA) now invites consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the above-mentioned services. Interested eligible firms must provide appropriate skills among staff proof of similar executed projects. Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification.
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance the Public Procurement Law in force. The RHA is under no obligation to shortlist any consultant who expresses interest.
The shortlisted firms will be allowed to bid on three lots mentioned below but none of them will be awarded more than one lot (at RFP stage).
The Design and supervision of urgent Government construction projects will be implemented in 3 Lots namely:
Lot 1: Housing construction project projects located in City of Kigali;
Lot 2: Housing construction project located in Southern and Western Provinces and;
Lot 3: Housing construction projects located in Easter and Northern Province
