the Government of the Republic of Niger Has Requested and Obtained Funding From the African Development Bank (bad) to Finance the Cost of the Solar Central Development Project and Improve Access to Electricity in Niger (rana) That It Will Retrocede in Nigelelec, and Nigelec Intends to Use Part of This Funding to Make Payments for the Market: Design Mwc in Maradi and Operating and Maintenance Assistance as Well as Nigelec Staff Training. for This Market, the Borrower Will Carry Out Payments By Using the Method of Disbursement By Direct Payment, as Defined in the Directives and Procedures of the Bank.
