Expression of interest for Specialist Position in Project Markets
Under the Direct Supervision of the Coordinator, the Specialist in Markets (spm) Will Be Responsible for Providing Its Technical Expertise in the Implementation of the Project, in Particular the Conduct of the Processes for the Acquisition of Goods and Services. These Are: (i) the Implementation of Market Management Tools Adapted to the Needs of the Project, Including the Annual Procurement Plan and Its Update (ii) the Conduct of Markets (iii) Contract Management Such as Recorded in the Ii Peru Ii Assessment Report and in Accordance with the Rules and Procedures in Force at the African Development Bank. He Will Also Be Responsible for Cumulatively Executing Missions on Phase I of the Project Which is Currently Being Executed.
