Tenders are invited for Delegation of Concession Management of the Public Utility Service Thermal Energy Food in Centralized System in Ia?i Municipality
The general objective of the delegation consists in ensuring the continuity and safety of the public service of thermal energy supply in the centralized system in the municipality of Ia?i, under conditions of low impact on the environment, as well as of increasing the efficiency of the service for obtaining as low prices for the population. The maximum duration of the contract is 10 years (120 months). The deadline for which any economic operator interested in participating in the procedure for awarding the contract delegation by concession has the right to request additional clarifications or information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. The deadline in which the contracting entity will clearly and completely respond to all the additional requests/information is the 16th day before the deadline for submitting tenders.
