Request for Proposal Stand Construction at Various Trade Fairs in 2025 & 2026
From October 2025 to November 2026, ITC will require stand construction services for up to 16 stands at 9 trade fairs across Europe and the Middle East. A 13-month system contract will be awarded to one or more providers, covering design, construction, support, and dismantling of stands based on ITC’s requirements and each fair’s regulations. Services will be ordered through purchase orders under the contract, with possible renewal based on performance.
