Tender Are Invited For Plant and Design Build of the upgrading to
bitumen standard of +/-9.0km of Seboche Road from Ha Paramante to Ha
Lebetla (Khukhune) in Butha-Buthe District
1) The Roads Directorate has set aside funds and invites Bids from Local Category
A Contractors and International Contractors meeting the post Bid
qualifications as set out in the Bid Document, for the Plant and Design Build of
the upgrading to bitumen standard of +/-9.0km of Seboche Road from Ha
Paramante to Ha Lebetla (Khukhune) in Butha-Buthe District. The International
companies which are not categorised under Roads Directorate and wishes to
submit their bids shall pay the registration fee of M20 000.00 and submit their
proof of payment at roads in order to obtain verification document that funds
have been received. That verification document should be attached in their bids
4) A site inspection tour of the project road shall be conducted by the Roads
Directorate team on Thursday, 05th June 2025. Prospective Bidders are
requested to assemble at KM 6 from Ha Marakabei Junction, at Ha Paramente
(28o41’6.972’’S, 28o23’41.52’’E) by 09.30 A.M. The site inspection tour shall
commence at 10.00A.M. and shall be followed by the “question and answer”
session (pre-bid conference) to be held following the inspection visit at the end
of the tour. Bidders are advised to provide for their own transport to and from
the project site.
