Tenders are invited for Financing, construction, operation and maintenance of charging parks with ultra -fast charging stations at locations selected along motorways and expressways within the TENT road network
The subject of public procurement is the assignment of a mixed concession, the subject of which is the construction of construction work and the provision of the service. Pursuant to Section 31 of the PPE, the concession is governed by the rules valid for the main object of the concession, which is the provision of the service. The aim of the project is to build a national network of ultra -fast charging stations (Ultra Fast Charger, "UFC"), thereby ensuring modern and sustainable charging infrastructure for electric vehicles with high availability and efficiency, in accordance with the sustainable transport policy of the Slovak Republic and the European Union. The project will contribute to the improvement of the availability of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in the territory of the Slovak Republic. The subject of the concession is the conclusion of a separate concession contract for each part of the concession under the conditions set out in the tender documents, the subject of which will be the obligation of a successful applicant on its own name, at its own responsibility and its own costs
