Tenders Are Invited for New construction of the emergency medical service base PK - Rokycany
The builder's intention is to build a new base for the first aid rescue service in the Rokycany Hospital area. This is a location at the eastern border with a slight slope of the terrain to the south - partially paved/partially grassed. This is located at the southern branch of the bypass bituminous road flanking the existing building, to which it will be connected by traffic.
The planned emergency medical service area consists of a main building containing garages for emergency vehicles with accessories, staff facilities and a hand washing machine. This includes an additional warehouse building, a retention tank and operational paved areas. The buildings are ground-level, without a basement, covered with a flat roof - with the attic height variable according to the functional content. The client's assignment is to meet the quality parameters in the passive standard, equipment at the level of the regional emergency medical service network and at the same time operational independence from Ronem.
