Tender Are Invited For Rehabilitation Of Seven Major Streets Roseau, Commonwealth Of Dominica
The Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica is committed to enhancing the capital city of Roseau, which will involve a major infrastructure initiative focused on improving public spaces, roads, and overall urban aesthetics. This project aligns with Dominica’s vision for sustainable development.
Central to the enhancement are upgrades to improve traffic flow and connectivity. The plan also integrates better access to public amenities, including enhanced walkways and beautified areas, key developments aimed to support the broader goal of boosting Dominica’s Tourism Industry while maintaining Roseau’s historic charm
The objective of the assignment is to carry out thorough review of all technical documents including designs and Bills of Quantity to ensure procurement of civil work contractor, supervision and monitoring of physical progress, quality and the financial status of the construction works with the objective to ensure that the works are completed on time, meet the engineering specifications, social, and environmental standards.
