Expression of Interest:1. Strategy 2030 of the Asian Development Bank (adb) Aims to Address the Evolving Needs of the Asia– Pacific Region Through Seven Operational Priorities. Recently, Adb Introduced Four Key Shifts Under Its New Operating Model (nom) Aligned with Strategy 2030: Solutions, Private Sector Development, Climate Change, and Ways of Working. These Shifts Will Enable Adb to Provide a Larger Range of High-quality Development Solutions for Its Developing Member Countries (dmcs); Strengthen Its Work to Develop the Private Sector and Mobilize Private Investments; Increase Its Capacity as the Region’s Climate Bank; and Adopt New Ways of Working By Being More Responsive, Agile and Closer to Clients. in Line with This Reform, the Sectors Group (sg) Was Established. It Comprises Seven Sector Offices That Are Deeply Committed to Positioning Adb as the Leading Provider of Solutions to Developmental Challenges in Asia and the Pacific, Focusing on Inclusiveness, Sustainability, Resilience, and Prosperity. the Four Shifts Under Nom Are Particularly Vital for Adb’s Pacific Dmcs, Given Their Urgent Requirement for Financial Resources to Adapt to Climate Change, Foster a Robust and Empowered Private Sector, Devise Innovative and Unconventional Solutions to Counter Development Challenges, and Demonstrate Flexibility and Agility in Response to Changing Circumstances.
the Coordination and Implementation Support Consultant Will Facilitate Effective Liaison and Coordination Between Adb and Various Stakeholders. Key Aspects of the Role Include Ensuring Seamless Collaboration with Government Counterparts, Staying Abreast of Finance Sector Developments, and Providing Comprehensive Support for Preparing and Implementing Finance Sector Initiatives. Furthermore, He/she Will Participate in Relevant Forums and Committees, Support Decision-making Processes, and Ensure the Timely Completion of Tasks to Achieve the Ta and Related Project Objectives.
