Expression Of Interest for Consultancy Service for the Final Evaluation of the Institutional Strengthening Action Program (2022-2025)
The overall objective of the ISAP IV Program is to reinforce IGAD’s corporate performance and operational efficiency and build a coherent and collaborative engagement between IGAD and stakeholders for increased transparency and accountability. The program is part of the enabling Programs under Pillar 5, Corporate Services, in the Regional Strategy 2021- 2 2025 and contributes towards enhancing the institutional capacity of IGAD to deliver its mandate effectively and efficiently.
