Recrutem ent a desktop of Studies & Control (BEC) for: (i) the realization of the Detailles Studies (APD); (Ii) the development of the PPEL of tenders file (DAO); (Iii) Monitoring & control of works
In a context of regional instability and insecurity, and where climate vulnerability is likely to worsen crises, it is appropriate to strengthen basic social services to relieve the most vulnerable populations. UNICEF in partnership with the European Commission responsible for humanitarian aid (ECHO) through the project MR03-02 Improvement of sustainable water, sanitation and hygiene services (EAH) (EAH) for climate change for populations affected by the Sudanese crisis for prevention and response to potential water diseases in the eastern region of Chad. Aims for the Milé extension camp better access to sustainable EAH services, quality and resilients for climate change for refugees, returned and host communities / reception villages, transit sites and camps.
