Tenders Are Invited for E-hrm System
VRFGV reserves the right to expand the E-HRM system and the services of Supplier during the term of the Agreement with the components described in this paragraph to the extent that the offered and delivered E-HRM system and the services of Supplier do not already have these components as standard: Recruitment, hiring and selection - Support in managing vacancies, applications and the recruitment process. - Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for managing and tracking candidates and vacancy processes. - Workflow management with statuses, automatic notifications and lead time monitoring. - Selection criteria & Matching based on hard and soft requirements, including certificates and assessments. - Integrations with job boards and social media. - Communication & Collaboration between HR, Team Leaders and candidates, including interview planning. - Reports & Analytics on when in service, conversion rates and diversity. - Onboarding link for a seamless transition from candidate to employee. Roster management - Functionalities for roster management with regard to employees in repressive service and on-call officers. E-learning - Integration with online learning platforms to support digital learning paths. Automatic account creation - Integration with software that enables automatic creation of an Azure account with associated rights and roles in the E-HRM system when an employee is hired. Additional links - During the term of the Agreement, VRFGV reserves the right to have additional links (i.e. links other than those already required in the Tender Documents) created between the E-HRM system and other systems/third parties.
