Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :framework agreement of maintenance, repair and supply services for compacting parts ammann arx110, for a period of 2 years terms for submission/response to the requests for additional clarifications/information: a. according to the provisions of art. 160 para. 1 of law no. 98/2016, with the subsequent modifications and completions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request additional clarifications or information in relation to the award documentation is on the 20th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. b. in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. 2 of law no. 98/2016, with the subsequent modifications and completions, the deadline to which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all the clarification requests/additional information is on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
