Tender Invited For supply and installation of one coach set of seats and berth (without fire barrier cloth)
supply and installation of one coach set of seats and berth for lwaccn coaches to drg.no. 645-6-1-001, alt-a, except item-36. follow cushioning material pu foam to mmdts 19020 rev 05 or latest and upholstery to rdso spec.rdso/2008/cg07 rev-1 of sept-2023.installation required as per arrangement drawing.all necessary hardwares required for installation is under,scope of the supplier. fire barrier cloth to mmdts-19021 is not required [warranty period 120 months after the date of delivery ][quantity tolerance (+/-) 5 %age , item category normal , total po value variation permitted max 8 lacs ] ]supply and installation of one coach set of seats and berth complete for lwscwac/eog coaches to drg.no.lwscwac/eog-6-1-001, alt- j, col-i. (except item 13). fire-retardant upholstery shall be of rdso/2008/cg-07 rev-1 (rexine)cushioning material shall be of pu foam as per mcf specification no. mmdts 19020 rev 05 or latest without fire barrier cloth to mcf specification mmdts 19021. thickness of cushion shall be as per rcf drgs.lw61348 alt-a, lw61349 alt-c, lw61350 alt-b, lw61351 alt-a, lw61352 alt-b, lw61366 alt-c, mi007127 alt a, mi007053 alt-a, mi007126 alt-a. safety rail back piece for upper berth to be modified accordingly. installation required as per arrangement drawing. all necessary hardwares required for installation is under, scope of the supplier [ warranty period 120 months after the date of delivery ][quantity tolerance (+/-) 5 %age , item category normal , total po value variation permitted max 8 lacs ] ]
