3. To participate in this offer, any company or enterprise must first complete the Bid Purchase Form which can be downloaded from the National E-Government Centre website: https://www.egnc.gov.bn/SitePages/Tender.aspx. The completed form must be submitted to this Department via email to Tender@egnc.gov.bn. 4. Companies or enterprises that intend to make a purchase for this offer must make a payment for the bid fee and bid e-document amounting to $2005.00 (non-refundable) via online transfer. The account number will be provided via email after the above form is received in full. 5. For companies or enterprises that have made a bid purchase only: a. Original copies of the payment receipt, bid e-document, Tender Form and Information Session Registration Form will be provided after payment is made. b. The bid information session will be held on Monday, 28 April 2025 at the National E-Government Centre at 2:30 pm and is limited to three (3) representatives per company. 6. For any further enquiries regarding the information session, please contact this Department via email Tender@egnc.gov.bn 7. Bids (Proposals) must be sent in a sealed envelope and must be placed in the Bid Box of the Small Bid Board, Ministry of Transport and Infocommunications.
