Tenders are invited for Design and execution “Craiova Highway - Filiasi and Express Road Filiasi - Targu Jiu - Lot 6”
The object of the contract is the design and execution of lot 6 of the Craiova - Filiasi Highway and the Express Road Filiasi - Targu Jiu, in length of about 19.25 km, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with the subsequent modifications and completions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in the participation in the public procurement procedure has the right to request additional clarifications or information regarding the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submitting tenders. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016 with the subsequent amendments and completions, the contracting authority establishes a single deadline in which it will meet all the clarification requests/ additional information, as follows
