Tenders Are Invited for Hot Drink Facility
The assignment in broad outline concerns: • the delivery and ready-to-use installation of the hot drinks machines; • the delivery and installation of associated base cabinets (in described locations) including storage facilities for loose ingredients and cups; • the delivery of all necessary ingredients such as coffee, tea, cocoa, milk, sugar, sachets of decaffeinated coffee and stirrers; • the provision of preventive and corrective technical maintenance for the drinks machines; • the relocation, addition and/or withdrawal of drinks machines where necessary; • the performance of annual customer satisfaction surveys; • the provision of management reports. hot drinks facilities at 5 HLTsamen locations
