Tenders Are Invited for The municipality of Utrecht, in collaboration with surrounding municipalities and the province of Utrecht, wants to conclude a concession agreement with one supplier for the operation of a regional bicycle sharing system with electric bicycles. Cross-municipal trips are seen by the municipalities as a valuable addition to public transport and as an alternative to longer car journeys. The scope includes: - Keeping at least 900 electric shared bicycles permanently operational in Utrecht. - Keeping at least 1300 electric shared bicycles permanently operational in the entire project area, of which at least 900 in Utrecht. - Redistributing the electric shared bicycles and keeping electric shared bicycles available at specific locations. - Maintenance of the electric shared bicycles in accordance with the requirements of the PVE and permit. - Charging and keeping the shared bicycles charged. Keeping at least 1300 electric shared bicycles permanently operational in the entire project area, of which at least 900 in Utrecht.
