GENERAL SCOPE OF WORKS TO BE PROVIDED
The general scope of works under this consultancy contract entails planning, design and construction
supervision of social development projects in villages within 39 Electoral Divisions in the LHWP II area. The
works are covered under three themes namely.
• Theme 1- Water and Sanitation, ?
• Theme 2- Access Roads and Bridges?
• Theme 3- Electricity.?
A detailed description on the services required is included in Section 3 of the RFP
Alternatively, documents may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of M1, 000.00, between the hours of
0900 and 1500 on normal business days from the 3
rd March 2025 to 19
th May 2025 at the Lesotho
Highlands Development Authority, LHWP2 Project Management Unit, 9
th Floor Lesotho Bank Tower,
Kingsway, Maseru, Lesotho. Please note that cash payment will not be accepted. Bidders are required to
deposit payment into the LHDA bank account and provide proof of payment prior to collecting the
documents.
A mandatory physical Pre-bid meeting will be held on the 18
th and 19
th March 2025 at 830 am at the
Polihali Operations Centre, Malingoaneng, Lesotho – GPS Coordinates Latitude 29°16'25.48"S, Longitude
