Tenders are invited for design and execution of "craiova - filiasi motorway and filiasi - targu jiu express road - lot 4"
the subject of the contract is the design and execution of lot 4 of the investment objective "craiova - filiasi motorway and filiasi - targu jiu express road", with a length of approximately 22.925 km, of which 5.103 km in the motorway profile and 17.822 km in the express road profile, in accordance with the provisions of the works contract. in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation is 25 days before the deadline for submitting offers. in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (2) of law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the contracting authority establishes a single deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows
