Aquaculture services. #*. Service contract will be to prepare, manage and implement a multi-annual programme estimate in support of the: "Increased productivity, income and employment opportunities of emergent, small and medium scale fish farmers". This support will include awarding contracts and grants, committing expenditure and making the corresponding payments of the imprest component in accordance with the powers delegated by the National Authorising Officer of the European Development Fund.
