CATALYZE Edufinance will support USAID partner countries to increase access of non-state schools and other education enterprises to private capital, incentivising expanded access and improved quality, resulting in greater, more equitable access to education opportunities and improved learning outcomes, especially for women and girls. The primary outcomes of interest are a) improved access to education for underserved children and b) improved learning outcomes, particularly in early grade reading and math. Additional outcomes of interest include the amount of additional finance brought into the education sector via investment models or resource mobilization partnerships and improvements in the non-state education sector enabling environments.
