Construction of two nos girls hostel of 500 capacity each g 8 storyed building dining and kitchen g 2 substation building g including all internal water supply sanitary installations internal electrical installations lifts fire fighting with sprinkler system central air conditioning dg set substation building and its equipment ibms audio video projection system communication system external lighting CCTV solar photo voltaic power generation system road cycle track strom water drainage rain water harvesting sewerage treatment plant cycle shed etc on engineering procurement and construction epc contract basis including comprehensive maintenance of all electrical and mechanical services for five years at iit kharagpur west bengal.
