by engr-in-charge, m&l cement concrete type b1 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) 40mm thick in floor, finished even & smooth witout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge, m & l for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge, s & f for glazed ceremic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 300 mm x 7 mm thick as in dados, skirting, wall etc set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles over 10 mm thick rendering in cm 1 : 4 complete all as specified and directed by the engr-in-charge, m & l for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick
