Supply of drain trenches covers (ms gratings/grills), sulfuric acid, fire fighting equipment and spares, chemical for cw system etc. #*. Maintenance & up-keeping of zero meter boiler area, ESP area, walkways etc and transportation of ash, garbage, CMR, other material. #*. Work of cleaning and up-keeping of main plant area stage I to V, road, footpath, CA area and other offices, toilets, urinals, bathroom of main plant unit 1 to 7 and transportation of garbage and other material. #*. Day to day civil repair work in residential and non-residential building. #*. Day to day civil, sanitary and water supply works in plant and office sheds. #*. Cleaning running & maintenance of 0.40 MGD sewage treatment plant and new colony pump house. #*. Providing & fixing canopy at boiler unit. #*. Routine & breakdown maintenance of 110/195/210 MW generator and its auxiliaries, 250/500/1010 KVA DG sets and 11/15.75 KV bus ducts. #*. Routine & annual maintenance of bowl mills XRP-763/803, boiler burner panel & CMR. #*. Cleaning of condenser tubes. #*. Providing assistance in operation and routine breakdown maintenance of CW system, cooling tower and traveling water screen. #*. Application of ceramic tiles. #*. Repair & maintenance of roofs, floor & road.
