Bidding will be conducted using the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures specified in the World Bank & rsquo;s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, edition of 2011 revised in July 2014, and is open to all Bidders eligible as defined in these Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. The bidding process is opened to all the Bidders that fulfill the following qualification criteria.
