Selection of concessionaire for development of dadasaheb phalke chitranagri film city on a design build finance operate and transfer dbfot basis. #*. development & operational experience in film related production facilities such as studios and/or sound stages and/or outdoor locations (within studio complex) and/or workshops & stores and/or post production facilities like special effects studios (for sound recording, sound mixing, editing etc.) with a corresponding capital cost. #*. development / construction experience in tourism & entertainment related components like amusement parks and/or museum with a corresponding capital cost of more than rs. 200 crores (rs. two hundred crores) or an experience in digital content development / production by a media & entertainment player with a corresponding turnover cost towards digital content development / production / acquisition. #*. experience in hospitality led developments like 5-star, 3-star, budget, dormitories, convention centre etc. with a corresponding capital cost. #*. highways, bridges, power generation, telecom, ports, airports, railways, metro rail, industrial parks/ estates, logistic parks, or real estate development with a corresponding capital cost. #*. threshold technical capacity. #*. financial capacity (net worth - 25% of tpc/mgi). #*. o&m experience: the bidder shall, in the case of a consortium, include a member who has either by itself or through its associate, experience of 5 (five) years or more in operation and maintenance (o&m) of category 1 projects specified in clause 3.1.1(a)(i)(2), which have an aggregate capital cost.
