Consultant to provide support to the Authorities in Armenia in preparing and implementing competitive tenders for the five solar PV sites recently short-listed by the Armenia Renewable Resources and Energy Efficiency Fund (the Project), providing support to the authorities on the sizing and split of the five short-listed solar PV sites into different projects that will be covered by a single competitive bidding process, developing a detailed design for a competitive bidding process, building on the framework for the previous solar PV tender preparing, up to the final version, all the tender related documentation, providing detailed technical, financial and legal assistance to the relevant authorities for the implementation of the competitive procurement scheme.
