Tenders Are Invited for Construction and Furnishing of Sarja Mosque
Scope of the works
Business scope
The works comprise two parts. The first is the construction of the mosque, the minaret, the men’s ablution area and the women’s prayer hall, including all civil, block and stone, plastering, flooring, sanitary, water, electrical and solar works. The second is the supply, delivery and installation of the furniture and equipment of the mosque. The two parts are tendered, evaluated and awarded together as a single contract; a tender that covers only one of them will be rejected as non-compliant, and every item of the bill of quantities must be priced.

The first is the construction of the mosque, minaret, men's ablution facilities, and women's prayer hall, including all civil works, blockwork, stonework, plastering, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and solar energy installations. The second is the supply, delivery, and installation of the mosque's furniture and equipment. Both parts will be tendered, evaluated, and awarded together in a single contract. Any bid covering only one part will be rejected as non-compliant. Each item in the bill of quantities must be priced separately.
Bids must be received no later than 1/11/2026 at 15:00
The complete tender documents are provided free of charge and can be requested in writing from ( SY-PR157.Tender@humanappeal.org.uk ), specifying the company name and tender reference number. A mandatory site visit will be held on October 26, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at the meeting point (Idlib – Ariha – Sarja Village – Local Council). Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to the same address no later than October 28, 2026. Responses will be distributed to all recipients of the tender documents without disclosing the applicant's identity.
