Tenders are invited for Delivery of laboratory equipment for the needs of the department of medical biochemistry at the faculty of pharmacy of MU-Plovdiv by designated positions. This order includes delivery, installation, warranty support, and training of personnel for the operation of laboratory equipment, including 1 chemical hood with a ventilated acid cabinet, 1 distiller, 1 ice maker, 1 water purification system, 1 multiplex real-time PCR device, 1 nano-spectrophotometer, 1 refrigerated microcentrifuge with rotor, 3 sets of mechanical single-channel pipettes, 1 PCR cabinet, and 2 refrigerators for the needs of the Department of Medical Biochemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy of MU-Plovdiv, distributed into eight designated positions (DP), as follows: Designated position No. 1 – Delivery of a chemical hood with a ventilated acid cabinet - €23,000.00 excluding VAT Designated position No. 2 – Delivery of laboratory equipment for water preparation and purification – €9,750.00 excluding VAT Designated position No. 3 – Delivery of a multiplex real-time PCR device – €43,000.00 excluding VAT Designated position No. 4 – Delivery of a nano-spectrophotometer – €9,500.00 excluding VAT Designated position No. 5 – Delivery of a refrigerated microcentrifuge with rotor – €7,200.00 excluding VAT Designated position No. 6 – Delivery of a set of mechanical single-channel pipettes – €6,300.00 excluding VAT Designated position No. 7 – Delivery of a PCR cabinet – €4,900.00 excluding VAT Designated position No. 8 – Delivery of a refrigerator - €850.00 excluding VAT Based on Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act and in connection with Article 7 of the Public Procurement Regulation, the Contracting Authority will assign the execution of the deliveries for DP No. 5, 6, 7, and 8 according to their individual value through direct assignment - Article 20, paragraph 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act. The separation of these designated positions has been carried out under the required conditions, according to the provision of Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act. The total estimated value of the order is €104,500 excluding VAT. After deducting the value of DP No. 5, 6, 7, and 8, the remaining value of the order is €85,250 excluding VAT. Estimated value excluding VAT: €85,250.00.
