Tender description :

International Tenders : execution of works for the refurbishment of certain rooms and the fence of the feicom headquarters building.
1. New Object (Additive)
The Director General of the Special Fund for Intercommunal Equipment and Intervention (FEICOM) is launching an Open National Call for Tenders for the selection of a company to carry out the renovation work on certain rooms and the fence of the FEICOM headquarters building.
2. Consistency of New (Additive) Benefits
The works, which are the subject of this Invitation to Tender, include all the trades provided for in the quantitative and cost estimate, in particular:
A. Site installation and preliminary works;
B. Hard coatings;
C. Painting;
D. Wood joinery;
E. Access control system;
F. Fire detection ;
G. Inverter/UPS system;
H. Clock system;
I. Miscellaneous rehabilitation.
3. Projected Cost New(Additive)
The estimated cost of these works, including all taxes, is four hundred and sixty-five million (465,000,000) FCFA.
4. Allotment New(Additive)
The works covered by this Invitation to Tender are not divided into lots.
5. Participation and Origin New(Additive)
Participation in this Invitation to Tender is open on equal terms to all companies or groups of Public Works companies specializing in the field of building and public works and in categories A, B and C of the sub-sector “Building and Collective Equipment” established in Cameroon, excluding:
• Companies that are subject to suspension following the termination of a contract, in application of the Public Procurement Code;
• Public companies that are not legally and financially autonomous.
