GENERAL NOTICE FOR PROCUREMENT : Project to Support Moroccan Local Authorities
the Municipal Equipment Fund Has Received a Grant From the African Development Bank Through the Fat-pri for the Financing of a Project to Support Moroccan Local Authorities. This Project Aims to Achieve the Following Main Objectives: to Assist the Fec in Structuring the Fund for Assistance to Local Authorities (fact) as Well as to Support the Execution of Technical Assistance to Clients Based on the Conclusions Related to the Value Proposition in This Area.
The Municipal Equipment Fund (FEC) received a grant from the African Development Bank through the FAT-PRI program to finance a project supporting Moroccan local authorities.
This project aims to achieve the following main objectives:
To support the FEC in structuring the Local Authorities Assistance Fund (FACT) and to provide technical assistance to clients based on the findings regarding the value proposition in this area.
The project comprises the following components:
Component 1: Support for structuring the FACT (according to best practices)
Component 2: Support for operationalizing the FACT (based on the results of Component 1 in terms of value proposition to clients)
Component 3: Project management (mission audits)
