PART I OBJECT OF THIS CALL FOR PROPOSALS FOR SERVICES 1. Context 1.1 UNICEF promotes the rights and well-being of all children, in everything it does. Together with its partners, it works in 190 countries and territories to translate that commitment into practical measures, focusing its efforts on reaching the most vulnerable and excluded children, for the benefit of all children worldwide. 2. Bidding 2.1 The purpose of this Call for Proposals for Services is to invite proposals for the development of STEAM educational resources with a gender perspective, aimed at primary school girls and boys and oriented towards building safe and resilient school environments as part of the expansion of the project Voices of Change: towards safe and resilient educational environments, as detailed in the Terms of Reference. 2.2 This Call for Proposals document consists of the following elements: · This document · The General Terms and Conditions of Contracting (Services) of UNICEF attached as Annex A to this document. · MDM form for supplier registration · Request Document LRPS-2026-9206523 2.3 This Call for Proposals for Services is an invitation to negotiate and shall not be interpreted as an offer that can be accepted nor will it generate contractual, legal, or restitution rights. There will be no binding contract, including process contracts or other agreements or arrangements, between the Proposer and UNICEF, and nothing in this Call for Proposals for Services or in relation to it shall imply any liability on the part of UNICEF, unless and until UNICEF and the selected Proposer have signed a contract. PART II - PROPOSAL SUBMISSION PROCESS 1. Proposal Submission Schedule 1.1 Acknowledgment of receipt of the Call for Proposals for Services. Proposers are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible that they have received this Call for Proposals for Services by sending an EMAIL to the following address: contratoscostarica@unicef.org.
