Tenders Are Invited for Climate-KIC, acting on behalf of NetZeroCities, is seeking expert support to assist the City of Bologna in developing a targeted scenario assessment and a pilot street implementation framework for sustainable urban logistics and last-mile delivery within its restricted traffic zone (ZTL), specifically focusing on priority tram corridor streets affected by ongoing infrastructure works. The assignment will support the municipality in producing a comparative logistics scenario assessment matrix, establishing a progressive zero-emission transition roadmap towards 2030, defining spatial and infrastructure reference concepts for micro-hubs and loading bays, and grounding the framework in a structured stakeholder engagement process. The support will also generate practical replication methodologies and transferability outputs to inform wider city-scale logistics planning and peer learning across Mission Cities. The assignment is strategic, technical and qualitative in nature. No detailed economic or financial modelling is required from the supplier
