Expressions of interest : Consulting Office for the Control and Supervision of Construction and Renovation Works
the Services Provided Under This Contract Include, in General, Support to the Ugp for the Control and Monitoring of the Execution of Construction and Renovation Works That Will Be Carried Out Within the Framework of the Projects Objectives. More Specifically, the Goal is to Ensure Ongoing and Comprehensive Monitoring of the Execution of the Works, Paying Attention to Both the Quantitative and Qualitative Control of the Completed Structures. It Will Also Involve Ensuring Compliance with Contractual Provisions, Costs, and Deadlines, While Ensuring the Implementation and Monitoring of the Environmental and Social Safeguard Measures Outlined in the Environmental and Social Management Plan (pges) for Each Construction Site. Finally, It Will Ensure That the Works Comply with the Rules of the Trade as Well as the Technical Specifications Specific to Each Part of the Relevant Contract.
