Expressions of interest : Project Management of Related Infrastructure Works and Pdca Program
The services provided under this contract include:
• The Directorate for the Execution of Works Contracts (DET): Validation of studies and projects
execution, Establishment and transmission of service orders, Management of meetings and
production of reports and reports, Control of technical provisions, Verification of
situations and statements as well as proposals to the Project Manager and the expert in charge of the Project
for liquidation; Assistance to the Project Owner for arbitration and dispute resolution,
Loan management.
• Site scheduling, management and coordination (OPC): Analysis and validation of tasks
elementary, Coordination between stakeholders, Verification of the site, Monitoring of
the company, Assistance in developing possible amendments
• Assistance with Reception Operations (AOR): Regulation of the completion of the work,
Organization of reception operations, Management of the exercise of guarantees by the company and
of the lifting of reservations, Preparation of files of works executed
the Services Provided Under This Contract Include: the Management of the Execution of Works Contracts (det): Validation of Studies and Execution Projects, Establishment and Transmission of Service Orders, Direction of Meetings and Production of Minutes and Reports, Control of Technical Provisions, Verification of Situations and Accounts as Well as Proposals to the Project Manager and the Expert in Charge of the Project for Settlement; Assistance to the Project Owner for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, Management of the Loan. Scheduling, Management, and Coordination of the Site (opc): Analysis and Validation of Elementary Tasks, Coordination Between Stakeholders, Site Verification, Monitoring of the Company, Assistance in the Development of Possible Amendments Assistance for Reception Operations (aor): Regulation of the Completion of the Work, Organization of Reception Operations, Management of the Exercise of Guarantees By the Company and Lifting of Reservations, Preparation of Executed Works Files.
