The E-Yuva scheme aims to promote applied research and entrepreneurial innovation among young students and researchers. It provides funding support, technical and business mentoring, and exposure to bioincubation models. The scheme is implemented through E-Yuva Centers (EYCs) that offer infrastructure and equipment for research and experimentation. EYCs are responsible for managing fellowships, conducting workshops, and providing mentorship to students.
