Tender Are Invited For SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM FOR CNDC"
The Procurement Department of the National Electric Transmission Company (ENATREL),
responsible for conducting the contracting process under the Selective Tender modality, invites
natural persons or legal entities registered in the Supplier Registry—administered by the General
Directorate of State Procurement—to submit bids for the contract titled "Supply and Installation of
a Photovoltaic System for CNDC." The maximum timeframe for the project is twelve (12) months,
calculated from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This contract will be financed with funds from
Loan Agreement No. 2273 for the Nicaragua Electric Transmission System Expansion Program.
Foreign bidders must present a certificate of registration as suppliers in order to formalize the
contract.
5. The clarification meeting regarding the tender specifications and conditions will be held on
Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM, in the ENATREL Central Auditorium, located on the
first floor of the ENATREL Headquarters (700 meters west of the Centroamérica Roundabout). 6.
A site visit to the location where the PV systems (SFV) will be installed is mandatory and will take
place on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at the National Load Dispatch Center
(CNDC) in Altos de Santo Domingo, Reparto El Mirador II. Interested bidders must send an email
to brgomez@enatrel.gob.ni and henry.rodriguez@cndc.gob.ni, providing company details and the
name of the person who will attend the activity (maximum of 2 persons) in order to request the
necessary facility access permits.
