AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA SPA PUBLIC NOTICE FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST IN AWARDING THE SUPPORT SERVICE TO THE ADP MOBILITY MANAGER AND IN PREPARING THE HOME-WORK COMMUTING PLAN FOR THE 2026-2027 PERIOD
Whereas
the Home-Work Commuting Plan (PSCL) is a document aimed at reducing private vehicle traffic and identifies measures to guide employees' home-work commutes towards sustainable mobility alternatives to the individual use of private motor vehicles, based on an analysis of employee travel patterns, their mobility needs, and the state of transportation availability in the affected area.
The adoption of the PSCL is a mandatory requirement for all businesses and public administrations with individual local units with more than 100 employees located in a regional capital, a metropolitan city, or a provincial capital, as required by Legislative Decree No. 34 of May 19, 2020, the so-called "Relaunch Decree," converted into Law No. 77 of July 17, 2020, and Interministerial Decree No. 179 of May 12, 2021 (Mobility Manager Decree).
Aeroporti di Puglia SpA (hereinafter also "AdP") intends to identify a Professional/Economic Operator with the necessary skills to provide support to the AdP Mobility Manager and, in particular, to prepare the Home-Work Travel Plan for AdP employees working at Bari Airport for the years 2026-2027.
This Notice is intended to receive, in compliance with the principles of non-discrimination, transparency, and publicity, expressions of interest from qualified economic operators in the sector interested in participating in a subsequent invitation-only procedure for the awarding of the service in question.
This Notice will remain published on the AdP Institutional Website for a period of at least 45 days.
The contract does not fall within the airport operator's core business activities and, therefore, is not subject to the Public Contracts Code.
The deadline for submitting expressions of interest is 12:00 PM on
November 3, 2026.
